“Improvement Meme 2004-2013”

Two months ago, I promised aei-sb I would do the improvement meme along with her, so we could suffer the shame together. She finished hers in time, but oh noes, I left her alone! I’m a lazy disorganized mess when I’m in school; I didn’t find time or energy to do mine. By the way, my university manages terms in a peculiar style; we have 4-months periods. So, HAHA, no summer vacations for me. Next week I’ll start a new period so I better do this before any more excuses get in my way.

An incomplete illustration I totally forgot to post! I drew it Janury 24… my University inaugurated its Animation Laboratory precisely that day. The laboratory is equipped with several Cintiqs, motion capture equipment, a render farm, areas for stop motion; anyway, it’s a small cool place and I was invited to play around with a Cintiq while several guests were given a tour around the facilities. This is what I drew back then… I planned to fix the perspective and keep adding details but I’m honestly not in the mood anymore, so I better post it before it gets forgotten for good.

There was a comic convention in my city this weekend… Wacom had a little advertisement stand there and, thanks to a vinculation with my university, I was invited yesterday to doodle stuff as demostration. I merely drew random stuff, haha, aaah, it’s difficult to stay inspired in such a place! I can’t get used to convention’s crowds… oh, and at the end of the day, I felt reeeally exhausted. I still feel tired, actually, whoops.

Still, had fun! It was nice talking to the people that passed by and even some classmates visited me! This cool blue-haired guy was one of them; he along shaman-kid lent me a hand with the public yesterday, when I ended up alone in the stand, whooops… haha.

I suddenly felt like dooding some of my characters… I missed my forgotten pretty boy. Uhg, but I’m still not in the mood for a serious coloring.

Whyyy I keep wasting time drawing these twooo…? I have so much homework and other important drawings I should be working on… stupid, stupid otp!

Today’s my mom’s birthday! This is a gift I drew for her; I used watercolors and some colored pencils. The girl is inspired in a doll my mom likes. By the way, the original drawing smells like perfume when you get close to the flowers! ♥

On a side note, this Friday… was my birthday? I… turned 21? Lolwhat.

So… I happen to like this silly couple a lot. I can’t justify myself, I just do, whoops.

This is the finished version of an illustration I livestreamed a while ago. I did this one for a Wacom Contest (hosted at their Latin American facebook account)… which of course I didn’t win! There were so many awesome contestants.

Actually, this illustration is slightly more polished than the one I submitted over there… haha. I had to hurry back then, but since I really enjoyed working on it, I gave it some extra time later… just for the sake of it. I loved my greek-inspired lady!
